Please pray for me. My hair keeps falling out (after damaging perms and a miscarriage). To God I might look beautiful, but I feel ugly. I'm not very sociable because of this. Lord Jesus help me!!!
A friend of mine had Melanoma a few year's ago, was in remission, and just found out this past week that it's back. Please pray for healing, peace and financial provision for expensive new treatment.
Prayer Update on PASTOR KUJO by Pastor Ken Murphy - Ohio District of the Wesleyan ChurchTuesday May 8Today brought news no one wanted to hear. The pathology report came back today that Pastor Kujo has Stage 4 Glioblastoma brain cancer. There is no known cure for this particular brain cancer. Pastor Kujo will begin radiation and chemotherapy in the next couple of days. The average life expectancy is 18 months after diagnosis. Pastor Kujo and Marlene told me, “We will trust in the name of the Lord our God.”At this time-1.Continue to pray for God’s healing presence and touch to be at work.2.The family thanks everyone for their prayers and support, but has also asked for some time to just be with family in the wake of receiving this news. 3.Rest assured, today did not catch our Lord by accident or surprise. He is loving and He is kind. Even when we don’t understand, we trust Him.Pastor Ken
Prayer from website.
We are at a crossroad in our lives and we need to make a decision that will effect our lives and the lives of our daughters (ages 3 and 7). We were presented with the opportunity to move back to Austin Tx. Financially we will be on the same level as we are now even with the higher living expenses. On the other hand my husband will not be required to work night shift anymore and this will give us the opportunity to spend more time together as a family. We know that money is just paper and we don't build our lives around it--but money is also needed. We are so afraid to make the wrong decision and down the line would be wondering what if..... Can you please help us with prayer to make the right decision for our family?
Some favorite scripture promises of mine may be helpful: See proverbs 3:5 to 7 preferably in the amplified version. Also Isaiah 41:10, Philippians 4:6-7.
Our shepherd will lead us if we put our trust in Him. (John 10 especially verses 3-4, 9-11, 14-16 & 27). I believe our Lord wants to lead us more than we want to be lead! Shalom
Our son, Chris, underwent emergency surgery Friday to have 2 stints put in his heart. He is recovering at a hospital in Washington but has no place to go to from the hospital. We are praying for a good recovery and for help for him to find a place to live.
AND LIFE TO ALL.
