Back in early December, I starting feeling super nauseated for days and I didn't think anything of it until it would come back month after month. It would be so bad that I actually missed work a few times as I was so fatigued and would be throwing up often mostly overnight. So, in early March, I had enough and saw my main doctor to determine the possible cause. He initially thought my stomach producing too much acid due to stress. I am only stressed as I am a single parent of two young children. My doctor referred me to a gastroenterologist. I finally had an appointment setup with the specialist, I saw the specialist, they diagnosed me with something called cyclic vomiting syndrome. Apparently, it comes in phases and I can have good days where I have no symptoms and have bad days where I am just downright miserable. Heat and stress are triggers for this illness. I pray for full healing.
